Delta Iron will utilize an innovative geothermal probe system for heating and cooling, significantly reducing reliance on traditional energy sources. Green parking
The complex features 588 parking spaces surrounded by greenery and tree-lined areas, enhancing the environment. Additionally, 24 charging stations for electric vehicles will be installed within the parking area.
Solar panels
On the roof of the complex, as well as on the covered areas for cars and bicycles, more than 4,700 solar panels will be installed, providing up to 60% of the required electricity. With this step, Delta Iron directly contributes to energy efficiency and the reduction of CO2 emissions.
